Freedom! What does it mean?
To our founding fathers it meant living and enjoying their lives how they saw fit, without unwanted intrusions from others, including government, as long as they didn’t trample on the rights of another, and I believe they had it exactly right.
So, what does that really mean in today’s terms?
- No payment of taxes that support any government function that does more than simply protect and secure my individual rights – and, yes, that means no payment of the Income Tax.
- No licenses to exercise my rights – and, yes, that means no more driver license or other permits.
- No registrations of my private property – and, yes, that means no more car registrations.
- No fees or fines for actions that do not cause injury to another – and, yes, that means no more payments for speeding tickets or any other traffic tickets.
- No foreclosures without proper documentation – and, yes, that means a stop to nearly 100% of those being attempted today.
- And so much more
Perhaps your definition of freedom is something entirely different than mine; that’s okay. We all have a right to our own opinion. However, (and this is strictly MY opinion) there is no room for idle talk where freedom is concerned; you need to either exercise your freedoms OR enjoy whatever level of slavery you have become accustomed to, but there are no Victims, only Volunteers, so you don’t have the right to complain that your rights have been lost or taken if you aren’t willing to become educated about how to take them back and then act!
Now, before you start thinking that you’ve seen this all before, may I just interject one little thing?
This is NOT based upon the Strawman Redemption Theory or any other interesting, but usually impractical, theory. This is based solely and completely upon law that anyone can look up and verify on their own if they would like to. This is based upon practical experience that actually works, whether in or out of a court room.
Because different people are at different stages of awareness and have different needs at any given time, I have broken up what I have learned and applied over the last 20+ years into several different presentations. Hopefully that means I won’t overwhelm anyone with too much information at a time and everyone will be able to focus on those areas which specifically interest them.
Parting Ways with the Income Tax – without risking jail
Let’s face it: You’re here because you’re curious. But, you’re also skeptical. Well, you should be!
We’ve all heard of Irwin Schiff, Bill Benson, Otto Skinner, Bob Schulz, Larken Rose, Pete Hendrickson, Devvy Kidd, and a hundred others that claimed they had the key to escaping Income Taxes, and where did they end up? Generally, facing one charge or another or made to look as bad as possible so that others would not follow their lead.
And, frankly, that’s exactly what will happen to you if you don’t know the whole story and all of the facts and do everything correctly and completely. Anyone who tells you different is either dreaming or scamming, and, in the end, it doesn’t really matter which, does it?
Have you ever heard of the TINSTAAFL theory? There Is No Such Thing As A Free Lunch! If you want to be free, there is a price to pay. Freedom is not Free! The funny thing is that you’re going to pay the price one way or the other. You can pay the price now and save years of wishing for freedom and wondering how close you could have come, or you can pay in yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily installments of your life and become a slave of someone else.
I chose to pay the price by spending several years reading the law, reading United States Supreme Court decisions, reading what everyone else had to say and had already tried (and many of them were so right on pieces of the puzzle!), and to stitch it all together in a manner that made sense and that was verifiable. You could do the same and you would probably arrive at the same place I did. However, there is an easier way…
But, before I continue, I want to address a few concerns you might have as you read this.
Some would argue that I am “just trying to get out of paying taxes by being tricky.” That simply is not the case. I am all for paying my fair share by paying the taxes that I actually owe. You don’t pay French taxes, do you? Of course not! Why? Because you simply don’t owe them. The same is true of the U.S. Income Tax; having read the law, I found that I simply do not owe it, so I choose to give money in other charitable ways that help my nation far more than by voluntarily contributing to tax-supported causes that I do not condone. And, this isn’t a “trick” but is simply a natural consequence of having read the actual law and code and following it rather than making assumptions about what it “might” say.
But, what about those causes that I do support, such as defense, roads, postal services, etc? The fact is that none of the U.S. Income Tax goes to support those efforts. They are paid for by means of other taxes. Every valid government service has a tax, outside of the U.S. Income Tax, that pays for it. For example: roads are paid for by a sales tax on gasoline and other petroleum products. I know I pay that already, do you? The same can be said for every other valid government service.
Aren’t I increasing the tax burden of every other American when I don’t pay these particular taxes? The fact is that no one else shoulders the “burden” when I do not pay a tax that I do not owe. If I buy less gasoline does your tax on gas go up? No, of course not; the government simply changes its plan on when to build roads to one that fits with the tax dollars that come in from that particular tax.
If I’m not willing to support my country, shouldn’t I move somewhere else? That’s really my point though. I DO love my country and choose to follow the laws of my country as much as I can. Paying a tax that I do not owe is contrary to that.
You see, there comes a point in every human life when we simply want to be free. We want to stop paying someone else, be it Government, Bank, or next-door neighbor, simply for the “privilege” of living. We want to exercise our God-given rights to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. When that times comes, we must search out the whole story, either for ourselves or by relying on the work of someone else. As we’ve seen so often, relying on someone else can be risky. But, Nature has a way of perfection about her, and, when the whole story is told, Nature has a way of letting you know that you’ve found truth. And, at that moment, it all seems to come together perfectly and simply make sense.
When you reach that moment, you realize this isn’t just about taxes; this is about your whole life, everything you thought you knew, and every freedom you thought you had. When I finally arrived at that moment, I realized that I had truly, and finally, found My Freedom Restored.
This is the story of one man’s Awakening to the incursions upon and erosions of his Liberty, how he Researched the Law and Discovered the Truth, which enabled him to Legally and Lawfully:
- No longer pay any Federal Income Taxes
- No longer pay any state Income Taxes
- No longer pay any Employment Taxes
- No longer fear an IRS audit
- No longer worry about bankrupt Social Security
- No longer worry about Public Healthcare Legislation
- Regain Rights enumerated in the Constitution
